Dreyer's Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream or Edy's® Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream
Your favorite brownie mix
A baking sheet
Instructions
Create the brownie mix by following the box directions and spoon onto a cookie sheet to create small, flat circles.
Bake in the oven at 350° for 10 minutes and set aside to cool.
Once cool, sandwich a scoop of Dreyer's Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream or Edy's® Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream between two brownie cookies and bite away!
