3 Cups Dreyer’s/Edy’s Chocolate Ice Cream
1 1⁄2 Cups All Purpose flour
1⁄2 teaspoon Salt
2 Cups Pumpkin Puree
2 teaspoons Baking powder
1⁄4 Cup Chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.
In a medium sized mixing bowl, add all the ingredients excluding the chocolate chips. Mix until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a greased 6 inch loaf pan and top with chocolate chips.
Bake for 1 hour and Enjoy!
