6 Outshine® Creamy Coconut Frozen Fruit Bars
2 cups of Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup fresh blueberries
½ cup fresh kiwi (chopped)
½ cup fresh strawberries (chopped)
¼ cup granola
Using a high-speed blender, add Outshine® Creamy Coconut Frozen Fruit Bars, yogurt, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
Pour the coconut yogurt mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or plastic wrap. Scatter blueberries, kiwi, strawberries, and coconut flakes on top.
Freeze until firm, about 4 hours. To serve, cut or break into pieces.
