1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1 melting Outshine Mango Tajin Fruit Bar
Drizzle of Tajin Chamoy Sauce
Optional garnish: fresh diced mango, mint
In a medium-sized bowl, vigorously whisk heavy whipping cream until it becomes thick and forms stiff peaks.
Take a Mango Tajin Outshine fruit bar and melt it. Then, gently mix it into the whipped cream until the mixture becomes smooth.
Take a spoon or a small piping bag and use it to fill a glass halfway with the whipped cream mousse.
Pour a layer of Tajin Chamoy sauce over the mousse in the glass.
Fill the remaining part of the glass with the whipped cream mousse.
Drizzle some more Tajin Chamoy sauce on top of the mousse as a final touch.
Optionally, you can add freshly diced mango on top and place a sprig of mint for added flavor and presentation.
You can either enjoy the dessert immediately or refrigerate it for some time to chill and then enjoy it as a sweet treat later.
