1 gallon container Dreyer’s/ Edy’s Neapolitan Ice cream
Divide your Neapolitan ice cream into three separate bowls by flavor (strawberry, vanilla, chocolate).
Melt each bowl of ice cream in the microwave until it reaches a portable consistency.
Use a pouring spout or a piping bag to fill the popsicle mold with strawberry ice cream first. This will be the bottom layer.
Place the popsicle mold with the strawberry ice cream in the freezer for about 10 minutes to allow it to harden.
Once the strawberry layer is slightly hardened, layer the vanilla ice cream on top of it in the popsicle mold.
Freeze the popsicle mold with the vanilla ice cream layer for another 10 minutes to ensure it's firm.
Add the final layer of chocolate ice cream on top of the vanilla layer in the popsicle mold.
Place popsicle sticks into each mold, ensuring they stand upright in the center of the ice cream layers.
Freeze the popsicles for at least three hours or until completely solid.
Once frozen, remove the popsicles from the molds and enjoy!
