3 basil leaves
1⁄2 cup Lemonade
1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice, half of a lemon
1 ounce coffee creamer. (We used coconut creamer, but you can substitute for your favorite)
2 ounces sparkling water
1 scoop Haagen Dazs raspberry sorbet
Place washed basil in hands and clap to release scent. Drop basil into glass.
In a shaker, add lemonade, fresh lemon juice, coconut creamer, sparkling water and Haagen Dazs sorbet. Shake
vigorously.
Pour liquid, do not strain, over basil.
Garnish and serve! Suggestions: basil, sugared raspberries, whipped cream, edible flowers.
To make a sugared raspberry, wet the berry and roll in sugar.
Pairs well with 2 ounces Vodka, Gin or Tequilla.
