Ingredients
1 Outshine® Pomegranate Frozen Fruit Bar
2 ounces pomegranate juice
1 lemon juiced
1 large egg white
Instructions
Separate the egg yolk from the white. Discard the yolk and pour the egg white into a cocktail shaker.
Add all other ingredients, including the Outshine® Pomegranate Frozen Fruit Bar, to the cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously for 60 seconds.
Strain the cocktail out and into a martini glass.
Garnish with fresh blueberries or pomegranate.
